Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sankalp Creative Ventures Private Ltd is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and Public Holidays


Shipping Policies:


  1. Shipping within India is dependent on number of items bought and the location of delivery
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5000.
  3. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST.
  4. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days for our own manufacturing brands and around 10-12 working days for all other products unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. there would be a transit time of 2-5 working days depending on the location in India.
  5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at before we ship the product.
  6. We mainly ship through DTDC, Delhivery and Indian Post and it should be specifically mentioned at the time of order if there is any courier party that you prefer.



We use DHL,FEDEX and Delhivery for our international orders and we charge the rates accordingly to the location which shall be corresponded to you before placing the order. Payments can be done by Razor pay, PayPal or account transfer.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and there would be an international transit time from anywhere between 8-12 working days. please keep these days in mind.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sankalp Creative Ventures Private Ltd and its subsidiary believes in and we can help our customers as far as possible, and therefore we have liberal cancellation policy.

 · How do I cancel an order which has been placed with the company?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

· What-if I want to cancel an order after the product has been shipped?


If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. It is to be kept in mind that a video proof should be submitted of opening the package in such cases.


Return Policy:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9446016086 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.


Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
